Located between Aspen and Vail, you'll find the World's Largest Hot Springs Pool. The Ute Indians called it Yampah, meaning "big medicine." Soothe your muscles after outdoor activities year round. The large pool is kept at a comfortable 90°- 93° F and the smaller therapy pool averages about 104° F. Additional amenities include a lodge, spa, athletic club, grill and shopping. Relieve muscle and joint pain, or just relax and feel the wonder of a soak in our hot springs. Soaking in hot, highly concentrated mineral water has many health benefits. Increasing body temperature helps the body naturally kill harmful germs and viruses, eliminate toxins, and increase blood flow. The absorbtion of essential minerals gives the body a natural boost. You will feel the difference within minutes of stepping in. Jump in the large pool, at over 400 feet long, and "cool down." Swim laps or practice your form on the diving board. Water slides, mini golf, and kiddie pool are available in the warmer months. Bring your own cooler and snacks, or stop by the poolside Grill to grab a bite.

Spent the afternoon lounging around in the hot pool and installation pool. Excellent experience. The locker rooms and facility were wonderful. Lots of families and others. Great facility.

Huge...crowded with children (I kept wondering about all the pee in the pools). Only one hot pool, 1 medium and 1 not Not so much fun, especially if you enjoy hot springs in more natural locations.

I hate public pools. I loved this one though. The size minimizes the feeling of sharing a bathtub with strangers. It was relaxing, fun and inviting. The hours are good and price, although very pricey, was worth it. We will return

this was our 3rd trip. Looks cleaner than before. Shows some signs of its age, but still worth the trip. We though that pools were not as hot as they use to be. When asked some of the pool care givers, they said they are...More

Have been to this hot springs in the past. Is more like a public pool. Family friendly. Bring a towel or rent one. Lockers available for 2 quarters. Kids can wear floaties, use noodles, etc. For a large pool everything seemed clean. Love being in...More

We love the hot springs pool! We spent 2 days at the pool this year. We tyically try to come every year and have been coming here for most of my life. It has gotten a little expensive but still worth it.

I wasn't prepared for how crowded the pool was going to be. I had to wait "in line" to sit at one of the water jets, but that was worth the wait. The smaller pool was more relaxing. The larger pool seem to have had...More

We went to three different hot springs in Western Colorado on our recent trip, and this was hands down everyone in my family's favorite. Our kids loved the enclosed slides, diving pool, and lap pool. My husband and I enjoyed the hot pool. I thought...More

No, they are not. They usually don't open until memorial day weekend full time. Spring and fall they are only open on the weekends. Winter they are closed.

Nope! You can actually rent your towels for a small fee there! Careful with all that heat!
