We took three foursomes out, and we had a blast. We had golfers of all ability levels, and everyone had a great time. Snow caps in the distance made for great views. Friendly staff and a slow afternoon (crowd-wise) made for a real relaxed environment.

This is a local gem. Not as hilly as you would think for the highest course in the nation, so it is easy to walk. The views of the mountains are spectacular. There is a nice mix of challenges on this 9 hole par 36 course, a little left, a little right, some short holes and some long. The well... More

This golf course is an experience of a lifetime. It was so difficult to concentrate on my golf while soaking in the surrounding grandeur of the snowcovered fourteeners. My wife enjoyed riding in the new Yamaha golf cart and taking pictures of this mountain paradise. Thank you so much Toni for your guidance regarding the course and how to enjoy... More

A great 9 hole course at altitude... The balls Fly!! However, it is a challenge with a variety of of ups and downs, lefts and rights. Carts Available (recommended if you have come up to altitude in the last 48 hours)- Call in your lunch from the 9th hole and they will have it ready by the time you return... More

You can't beat the scenery at this nine-holer. The course was in excellent condition, and the staff was very friendly, but it's the mountains rising beyond the fairways that will make this a memorable course. It's also far more reasonably priced than the resort area courses. We traveled down from Breck, played nine, and then drove over Independence Pass to... More

Interesting layout. While greens are not protected with bunkers or water, there are a with a number of doglegs and the greens are often elevated. Combined with club adjustments due to altitude, it made for a challenging round. The course is currently in danger of being closed due to a 4x increase in water access fees. If you go in... More

We played the nine hole course at the very end of their season and had so much fun. We almost cancelled our tee time since it was only about 40 degrees and quite windy, but the sun was warm and we practically had the place to ourselves so we took our time and enjoyed the amazing views of snow capped... Do not go to this golf course, playing a friendly game is against the rules. The employees are very adamant about the rules, which is good but against a friendly game.

Sorry to hear you had such a negative experience. Happily, it is rare. Oddly, we pride ourselves on being relaxed and friendly - and we often hear how refreshing it is to find a golf course with a laid back approach. Are you the same player that, the day this review was submitted, took the liberty of making loop after... More
