although u can still see scars from the fire it is gorgeous, and recovery is on the way. Absolutely love this area....

Everything about this area is amazing. Even after the terrible fires of 3 years ago I love the natural beauty. Take time to walk around and enjoy nature.

I live up the Poudre River and so get to experience its' beauty and power each day. Further up the canyon the land gets even wilder. Having the river flow below our door is energy each day.

Upper Poudre is the place to go and be. Many college students and younger crowds along lower end of river- most all camping sites not tended very well, very overgrown.

The river runs in that area...no a lake and water sports are permitted.
