Minturn cellars no longer exists. It fizzled out around 2010. The good news is that the space that Minturn cellars was in has been taken over by a passionate winemaker. When I was there last and before - the wine tasted like it had at one time been exposed to excessive heat.

Well, we wanted to see the inside and taste the wines. Tucked away behind the main street through Minturn, this little winery serves up tasty wines in a rustic little oaken room lined with bottles.
