While visiting a friend in Pueblo, we took his puppy for a walk at this venue. It's very nicely designed, so you can stop in and get a bit to eat or a drink then continue your walk. It's not crowded, buy a good blend...More

Very man made. Not much grass. Relaxing walk none the less. Some nice restaurants along the bank. Quite a few dogs and kids running around having a great time.

If you find yourself in Old Town Pueblo, it's worth a short stroll to the Riverwalk. The pond has pedal boats and the City did a nice job with this facelift. Shops and restaurants all along the winding Arkansas River.

It's more like a tad over 1 mile, and you can easily shorten it in several places by going up a sloping walkway onto an overpass or bridge. The 5-mile loop you're looking may be the Arkansas River Trail which is a different... More

Yes, We walked in the evening. It is fairly well lit. There is quite a bit of foot traffic, especially on weekends. We are from out of town and felt very safe walking at dusk/ night. On weekends, it appears that some of... More

Hi Sherry O, there are no shops on the actual walk, only restaurants. If you go on to S.Union Street, there are lots of very eclectic shops and some nice coffee shops😊
