I spend almost every week end at the lake and love this place , Great for Boating , camping or a day trip with the Mountain Bike everything from open trails to single track

Very good trails. Walkable. Also hiking trails. Good for the pups as well. Nice trail by lake. Boat ramps. Lots of parking. Not packed as it is a big park. Room for all.

Be sure to check the website before you go. We go there only to learn the swim beach was closed and had been for months. Good news - there is plenty of water and other places in the park to swim. Do not go home!...More

There is a swim area suitable for kids just a few hundred years east of the park on Vineyard Drive

No you can not swim anywhere in the lake, there is a facility in the park called the "Swim Beach", it is not on the lake at all. However, this facility is being upgraded this year, and should be very nice. The lake is far... More
