Everyone was saying that this skiing season in Colorado was not typical: too little snow, too warm and too much rain. It had its impact on the slopes. A few days in the morning was fine, but once the sun hits the trails at noon, it makes the conditions more similar to East Coast skiing not the Rockies. Also, Steamboat... More

There are so many types of trails on all levels of the mountain. There are lots of different areas, so there are no lift lines. There are so many beautiful views from the trails. The vibe was not a see and be seen vibe, it was a place for people who just want to ski and enjoy the mountain.

Came here for our first ski trip in 2010 and back this year. The runs are kept up well and a nice variety of terrain. Lift lines move well with little waiting even during Spring Break. Kudos for the grooming job considering the warmer than usual temperatures and rapidly melting snow. Some upgrades in the appearance of the base facility... More

We love it here Best Ski School anywhere. Our 6 year old twins started to ski here at 3 then went to another Colorado ski resort and tried out their renowned school. The instruction was no where near the quality that Steamboat offers. Love, love, love this town.

My family and I went skiing here back in January 2013 (sorry I just got this app to write reviews)! Anyway, we had a great time skiing here, very soft snow and lots of trials! We seen a lot of beautiful views and had a lot of fun! Everyone was nice and the rentals were not too pricey.

Even with heat and dwindling snow, the grooming is excellent and morning skiing top notch. If u don't want to struggle in the afternoon slush on the way down take the gondola

Great place for a family ski trip! But, getting more expensive every year... Great mountain for skiing and snowboarding. Several good restaurants; Winona's in town serves great breakfast and lunch. Truffle Pig at the base has good food and drinks (red sangria is very good). Hazie's at the top of the gondola has a great view of the mountain and... More
