We walked the Winter Park UTE hiking trail. It is 2.1 miles if you use the iPhone health app .. it is equivalent to 114 flights. We wore our usual walking clothes, light layers, favorite walking shoes and were fine. We accidentally ended up on...More

It was so good we returned the next year. Loads of great runs for both skiers and snowboarders. I would recommend going to this resort!

We had a great time even if we were not skiers. Nice shops, restaurant, and coffee shops. Also worth mentioning are the courteous staff.

Pricey resort, very boutiqueish but the views are spectacular and make it worth visiting. We are not skiers or mountain bikers but in the summer, mountain biking is the sport of choice there. We visited for a mountain top wedding and am glad we did.

We were here in the summer for a weekend get-a-way. We walked around Winter Park and went down the Alpine Slide. The lines were fairly long, so plan for it to take a little while to ride up, wait in line, and get back down....More

We decided to do one time on the alpine slide and walk through the resort. We all enjoyed the alpine slide ride! Had ice cream and crepes at one of the stores! It is a very neat "little town" in itself!

My family of four did mountain biking at the Winter Park Resort. This was our first time doing this so we paid for a guide, bike rentals, lessons and armored up. It was an awesome experience.

No Night skiing, and our main lift (Zephyr) runs until 4pm. Some of the others have earlier close times so as to direct people back to the base. And yes, after skiing hours end for the day, we do have an ice rink and Apres... More
