We wanted to experience some "nature" on our Connecticut / Rhodes island trip. The pictures of the Falls here looked good. One is not disappointed. They are beautiful. Good solid steps up and several viewing platforms along the way. At the top as one goes...More

Very nice park. Falls are beautiful. Trails are NOT very well maintained and are not marked. Instead of having two employees parked at the entrance and two just sitting around, three of them should be out maintaining and checking the trails. Hiking up the white...More

This is a beautiful place to visit, with great viewing points of the waterfalls and nature. There is also a huge lawn with picnic tables and bbq grills. Perfect for families and dog owners

After covering the Bash Bish falls we headed for the Kent falls. On the way we stopped for glorious views of Taconic Mountains. Kent is the tallest waterfall in Connecticut and one of the few where you can see the waterfall right from the parking...More

We must've hit all the campers this particular Friday because there was a huge amt. of kids coming in to look at the falls and run around. Bring lunch, go to the top and take some pictures. We'll avoid going in the summer next time...More

Take the stars up, with a bit of path way as well. Go to the top ( make sure to look over the top of the falls ) , cross over and easy hike down with old rock walls ). Great picnic spots

The park near the covered bridge is mowed. The stairs go along side the falls. U should be ok, if you decide to walk into the woods use REPEL spray with DEET.

I went off season and it's free. There is a fee during the summer season. Check their website and see previous response. Thanks and good luck.
