Chapel Street is a major thoroughfare in downtown New Haven. Apart from some college-town bars and restaurants, it has little to offer. The only point of interest is the Yale campus.

This used to be a 'go to' spot in downtown New Haven, but seemed to have fallen on some tough times. But based on my most recent visit, it looks like it's on the rebound, which is wonderful. It's part downtown, part Greenwich Village, part...More

From Yale University to the old Victorians, the street is a beauty. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and new shops. The architecture is worth the walk!

It's only a street, but walking around the buildings is so nice and relaxing, seeing all the students going to their class, it makes me remember back in the days.

This street is just great, and a view of beautiful Yale building architectures. Strongly recommend parking your car and walking through!

We attended a wedding and the chapel was beautiful! The Yale graduation was going on in a few days so we got to see the set up for the graduation as well!

As far as streets go, it's fine. There are cars, and people, and there are parks nearby. It's in a city. This is a weird thing to be reviewing.
