We like to go here for the water view and just to unwind. There is sooo much history all around Old Wethersfield and the Cove is part of that history. A classic. Nice to picnic and fish.

If you enjoy sitting and doing nothing this is your place. Cove has a few dozen sail boats and a few fishing boats. Very peaceful and quiet. Good place for a picnic lunch.

The Cove is a wonderful place to take a walk in almost any season. In the neighborhood, there are many historic homes with signs telling when they were built. In the summer there a a wonderful place to get ice cream within walking distance.

There's a great bike path here that made for a very nice shady walk on a hot summer day. Well maintained.
