...and a great tour. This was a surprisingly fun and informative visit. The tour and a tasting flight of 4 brews is indeed free. Beer is also available and reasonably priced by the pint or growler. Dogfish Head has built a great culture. The pride in the product and company was evident in every employee we met. Picnic tables and... More

We've been drinking Dogfish Head for years and always wanted to see where it's made--the tour was free (!) and well worth the hour. You see the major components of how beer is made, a little history along the way, and are treated at the end with four healthy samples (no shot glasses here). We were there on St. Patrick's... More

Group of us heading to OC stopped off to the brewery on the way down. What blast it was fun and interesting and if you enjoy dog fish they give you ample samples in addition to being able to purchase off season or specialty beers

Went with a Jeep group of 60-70 people. Had private brew tours and must I say the tasting at the bar is a fun and great idea. We sampled more than I care to admit and left with growlers of fresh brews. The gift shop also has sampling of their vodkas and gins. I fell in love with the Roasted... More

Did the grain to glass tour last Saturday. Had a great time. The tour was very informative and we got to try some really nice beers. Didn't even know they had a distillery. We loved the peanut vodka and honey rum. The price to do the tour was worth it, the glasses we took home were great. Went to the... More

While visiting friends in the Rehoboth Beach DE area, we decided to meet at the Dogfish Head Brewery. The brewery occupies the site of a former cannery, and you can still get the sense of the industrial nature of the location. Sitting outside the brewery is the steel treehouse structure, relocated from one of the early Burning Man events. It... More

Dogfish carved its niche with off centered beer but delivered a bull's-eye with a great tour of the brewery. We had arrived a bit late to catch the last tour, but was warmly welcomed and asked if we minded jumping into the tour in progress. Tara, our guide was fantastic. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly and... More

Visited the brewery in Milton this past Labor Day weekend with my wife, son and daughter-in-law. Having been to wine tastings before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to tell you it was most informative! Forty minutes of a lectured tour showing and explaining the entire process of making of beer. Not just beer, but different blends and... More
