I discovered the Rehoboth Art League almost 20 years ago and have become a loyal fan and member ever since. The outdoor show on the first two weekends in August is the highlight of the high season and a must not miss for many. The grounds are beautiful and at any time there are as many as four themed shows... More

Unfortunately, you're not permitted to take photos of the art objects--too bad, some were quite wonderful. Of course, beauty is in the beholder's eyes. They have an interesting permanent display, some temporary ones, and some other buildings that weren't open yet for the season. The art IS for sale. The grounds are also lovely.

They give wonderful ceramics classes that they have artists come in and teach. They also have local artists works displayed there and have hand made jewelry for sale.

We enjoyed our visit to the Art League. It is located on very beautiful grounds. There is an historic farmhouse with furnishings. Paintings are displayed throughout the house. There is another building where they hold classes and a third where they were holding an art exhibit. Many local artists from neighboring states were represented. There were so many interesting pictures.... More

Situated on a site that is rich in history, the Rehoboth Art League offers a view of local artists' work, a lovely garden, as well as a glimpse of what life was like in the early years of this area. Don't miss the opportunity to have one of their most knowledgeable docents answer questions and offer a further explanation of... More

We have never been able to attend this art show because usually we are just arriving or leaving town. This year, we made it a point to stay in town for the show. We were glad we did. The day was stifling hot and humid, but the show was set up in Henlopen Acres among trees and shady paths which... More

The Rehoboth Art League is set in the pines and is a great place to visit. In August, for 2 weekends, is their yearly special show, both indoors and out. Often there are special shows, sometimes incorporating the Coastal Camera Club photography. Very much worth a trip!!

The Rehoboth Art League was founded over 75 years ago. It is located on an historic "plantation" or farm in Henlopen Acres which is part of Rehoboth Beach. Tour the Historic Homestead, view the beautiful gardens, enjoy a wide variety of really, really good art and have a wonderful afternoon. You may even find a craft piece or a painting... More
