A Staple During the Summer

I'm a regular in Rehoboth, but always enjoy watching the people and families walking the boards in season. It's a simple pleasure.

The Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk is a great place to stroll, walk or just people walk. During the summer it is extremely busy. It's location is great because it is downtown and the surrounding stores are open until about 11 pm if you enjoy shopping. There are also plenty of good restaurants to choose from when you get hungry.

We came here on New Years Day and the place was surprisingly crowded. Lot's of families. This is a favorite summer spot but it was fun in January, thought quite blustery. There were a lot of people on the beach too. It's just a nice place to visit off season.

Been going here since I was a kid. I always get the same thing, with rainbow Jimmy's. Consistent and tasty

Rehoboth is our favorite beach in DE. The boardwalk affords you the opportunity to take in the view while shopping or eating.

This past 2016, we were here 4 times!!!! Either for beach, dining, shopping, or doing a 5K on the boardwalk. A variety of things to do and see. This was our first winter visiting though and the Xmas lights and decorations were wonderful at night including the big Xmas tree by the bandstand.

Stopped here on way home from Ocean City. Loved it. Much more laid back than OC. OC is more commercialized with blocks and blocks of shops, hotels. Rehoboth Beach boardwalk still has some of the same touristy type stops as OC - Candy Kitchen and Dolles are here as well as several souvenir shops but it is more peaceful and... More

Always feel safe here and the prices are great everywhere. Lots of different kinds of stores for shopping and the food is awesome, lots of options. Games and rides are reasonably priced for the kids

Orange Vanilla Swirl a must. So yummy. Classic boardwalk soft ice cream. The storefront is really clean, and the service is fast, which is really important on an August night.

We visited here during the Christmas tree lighting. There were some places open, but not everything during this time of year. I thought the boardwalk was very nice and clean. Lots of shops and things to do here and I can imagine it's very busy during peak season. The downtown area is beautiful! Enjoyed the tree lighting. Will definitely be... More
