Came to Rockwood Museum for the first time today. We had a wonderful tour guide (Katie, I think?), that was friendly and very interesting! Our family was the only ones on the tour so it was extra special being able to have a "private" tour!...More

Took advantage of a sunny spring day to see the Rockwood Museum and Park. We felt as though we were transported back into the 19th century! The audio tour truly enhanced our knowledge and visit. We highly recommend putting this resource to use.

It's a bit off the beaten path, with the DuPont estates, historic New Castle, Chadds Ford, and what not competing for attention, but for that very reason I found the guided tour of Rockwood to be one of the most accessible and informative historic property...More

We didn't have enough time to take the tour, but we wish we did. What we did see was very interesting and we will most likely go back on a future visit to the Brandywine Valley.
