This was a wonderful local theater with entertaining productions. Now things have changed dramatically and the selections for 2017 - 2018 season are hot beds of political views. We go to the theater to be entertained not to have to sit through CNN like politics with discussions afterward. Please go back to entertaining us! If you go back we will... More

Hetty Feather is a wonderfully staged play about a young orphan. With terrific acrobatics and great acting, this play was very entertaining. According to the playbill, this was the first American production of this London play. Hope it makes the stage at more American locations.

Bruce Graham has written one heck of a play, and the cast and crew at Delaware theater company has put it on magnificently. We saw it on Thursday night, it only has a few more days to run, but this is a not to be missed experience. If you miss it in Wilmington, it will be in New York City... More

DTC is always a great night out. The current show, White Guy on the Bus is excellent-moving, poignant, timely, and sure to stimulate discussion. Great script and wonderful acting. See it.

Just took the family here for A Christmas Carol. We loved this version. This take on this classic play was hysterical. 5 actors/actresses and 2 puppet masters. All played multiple characters, except the actor that portrayed Scrooge. The ladies who played the 1st and 2nd spirits really played the roles to the funniest hilt. Loved how they used the same... We went to the Delaware Theatre Company to see the play A Christmas Carol. It was fantastic! They made it comical with some unexpected twists and turns! The acting was superb as well as the special effects! I would recommend this play to everyone! They also served complimentary hot chocolate and cookies during intermission.

We started going to individual plays and found that they were so good that we bought season tickets. To begin ,every seat in the house has a great view of the stage. Second, the choice of performances is outstanding. Third, the directing and acting are both superb. I cannot say enough other than urge you to give it a try.

Recently, we attended a show with two of our daughters. It was a great show and it happened to have been on my wife's birthday. Not only did we have adequate parking next door, and it was free, but at the end of the show when the cast took their bows, they acknowledged my wife's birthday! That gesture alone was... More
