We're local and have a pass, so we go here often. To reach Barefoot, you drive through a community of multi-million dollar homes until the road dead-ends at Barefoot Beach. (That in and of itself is quite interesting!) This is a great beach for shelling,...More

Not our favorite beach on The Gulf, as the parking is more expensive, which may be because it's connected to a residential area that's beautiful, but high end. The beach is lovely, but doesn't stand out as more spectacular than any other southwest coast beach,...More

The water is clear but the beach is comprised of mostly shells so you are forced to wear your shoes. The Irma did a number on this beach by pushing the trees back and creating a different landscape. It is still pretty. The turtles in...More

Great beach! We take the grandkids when they come to visit and to watch the sunset. A lot of shells, friendly people, and a lot of places to set up umbrella. To the north you can see Fort Myers and to the south Naples. Wonderful...More

Other than the eight dollar parking it was a gem in the midst of diamond homes Huge mansions on the water Drive a couple miles to get to beach Clean white sand not rocky beaches Worth the experience

A Nice clean beach and had parking available for $8.00. Lots of shells so wear your beach shoes if walking. It was less crowded than the Bonita Springs beach. I don’t recall any commercial businesses to grab a drink so bring your own.

A few snack options, not really a restaurant in walking distance. Great spot for a picnic!
