This is where locals go to get their fix of fresh seafood, at either of the waterside restaurants if you want it already prepared or off one of the boats coming back from their daily catch and you want to cook it yourself. You will be delighted either way.

I've been going to the Boynton Inlet for 26 years and must say I always have a good time whether I go fishing on the jetty or just relaxing watching the boats going and coming in the inlet.

Beautiful with ocean front beach, inlet beach, pavillions, restrooms and a variety of pokemon. Lots of fishing and stations to clean fish and outdoor showers.

The Boynton Inlet is located off A1A about half way between Lantana and Boynton Beach. I often stop there when riding my bike. It's a great spot to check the sea conditions and to watch boats coming and going from the Intracoastal. It can be quite wild when the seas are up. It's a popular place for fisherman. The route... My friends & I will grab some breakfast sandwiches, coffee & water then head to the inlet. Beautiful scenery to have a nice quiet breakfast with friends. Then we'll toss the football around to burn off a few calories. What a great morning. This is what living in Florida is all about.

Exciting to watch the boats go out and come in through this inlet. Down the beach a bit our man made reefs that are loaded with sea life. Super easy to snorkel right off the shore. I suggest a dive flag though.

Boynton inlet is a nice family beach and park to go to. There are places to fish, sun bath, enjoy the surf and sand, concessions, bbq pits and such. Plan on coming early though if you want to park otherwise you can circle around for an hour waiting for someone to leave.

The Boynton Inlet is an exciting waterway that lets water to go between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal. It is officially deemed "non-navigable", but that doesn't stop boaters from using it. Due to its being so narrow, the current really picks up as the change in tide reaches its maximum flow through it. The Inlet is adjacent to Ocean... More
