This museum is a gem! It is a simple setting with three small buildings but inside, their collection is impressive. The overview video is very interesting and well done and gives one a great historical perspective on the development of Cape Coral. Our tour guide...More

This is a better than average experience. Tells the story of how Cape Coral, now with 180,000 residents (and room for double that) came to be. The most interesting and unlikely tidbit is the 14 years of construction that the canals took. This would never...More

Though very small and limited visiting hours, this a must to learn about how Cape Coral came about. It was interesting to learn how Cape Coral was planned and created by 2 brothers. The volunteer was knowledgeable and pleasant.

The ladies here gave a brief history of the Cape, they took my family on a walking tour, there is a video, they teach you about the burrowing owls which I find fascinating! There was no fee, and they do accept donations.
