I first heard about Captain Mike from the Marco Island Fishing Club. My wife and I fished with him yesterday and both caught Grand Slams - Shook, Trout and Redfish!! Moreover, the Trout and Redfish were the largest that we have ever caught, having fished for these wonderful creatures for over the last three decades! The attached photos don't really... More

Mike guided my two sons and I for our first time out of chokoloskee and he was superb. His knowledge of this fishery was outstanding and he put us on the fish all day. Mike really works for you. We fished a variety of techniques and it was a real fishing adventure from trout to reds to snook, from the... More

I recently went fishing with two of my friends when one friend booked with Captain Mike as a birthday treat to himself. Captain Mike put us on more fish than we ever expected and shared his knowledge of nature and local history with us. We had such a memorable birthday celebration and plan to turn trips with Captain Mike into... More

If you are looking to catch fish, gain knowledge, and have fun doing it, Captain Mike is your guy. Me and two of my fishing buddies recently spent a day with him and could not have had a more enjoyable day. Captain Mike is all about catching fish and works his tail off to make it happen. We caught dozens... More

Capt Mike continues to be the bomb. Had a great day hooking (not catching) about 75 snook in the back country. Brought about 30 to the boat. So much fun and awesome time! Capt. Mike is patient and very tenacious in making sure his clients have a great day on the water!! Always trying to find more time to fish... More

I fish with Mike on a regular basis so I am biased. At the same time I have brought lots of friends, not necessarily great fishermen, and Mike has caught them fish. Today started off slow. Mike made a number of changes in plan. Caught finger mullet, used poppers, and moved all around the 10,000 Islands. End result, Gary and... More

Myself, my dad and brother just got back from our day out with Mike. Safe to say we caught our fair share of fish today - everything from Snook, Redfish, trout and even a couple sharks - all three of us easily pulled in double digits of fish. Great day, better service thanks Mike.

Capt. Mike knows fishing and works exceptionally hard to put your bait where the fish are. With his growing up in the glades, it appears he knows them like the lines in the palm of his hand. First day it was 90% snook caught and released, balance were reds. Second day was 50% reds and 50% snook. Both days well... More
