The Planets presentation was good. The overhead 360 degree video was exceptional. Going from the sun and out to the outer planets was very informative, but the presenter went a little too fast, wished hi would have slowed down to allow all that was seen sink in.

I went with a group to experience the planetarium and observatory. Before entering the actual planetarium there is a small gift shop and numerous scientific hands-on displays such as pendulum, gravity well, spectra, telescope, whisper tunnel, etc. We enjoyed a view of the night sky and an interesting lesson on some of the constellations and the planets. This was followed... More

Loved the preshow showing us what was in the sky for that time of year and which planet & constellations could be seen. Hated the outdated educational film that followed that still had Pluto as a plant. Loved the few interactive exhibits and information in the exhibit hall, wish they had more.

The EFSC Planetarium and Observatory is the perfect place for people to visit to learn about science, space and astronomy. They have hands-on exhibits, educational movies and awesome rock-n-roll laser shows on Friday and Saturday nights that are not to miss! Go check out the public telescope and admire the heavens! The gift store has a great unique selection of... More

The exhibits and observation tower are free which is great and totally worth going if you are around but I wouldn't go too far out of my way to go there because there just isn't that much to see or do. The planetarium has movies/ shows which we did not attend so I cannot review them but I know the... More

The best place to see the stars and learn about our solar system. High quality shows and expertly trained staff to answer questions.

Rain spoiled looking through the telescope ; but, the volunteers made up for it with information and video viewing . The hands on demonstrations and experiments delighted all the quests . Everyone was giggling and wanting to try all the centers. Good venue for all ages except the laser light show to rock music might be a bit much. It... More

The observatory on the roof is open and manned on Friday and Saturday evenings. The Planetarium seems relatively new and well cared for. It provides the typical planetarium program -- a little too fast for my tastes. The people are nice and there are multiple displays and programs.

Amazing, loved the history it was a bit foggy at launch time, but we were still able to hear and feel the lift off and the showmanship, don't miss the Atlantis presentation.

So much fun but not even time to see everything. Even our small kids loved it.The history was great and we even got to see what was going to be happening in the near future
