Tia Cories Mexican Restaurant is my favorite place: go for the chicken tostada, flautas or tamale. Old businesses have been there forever, new ones come and go. I think the beachfront area along A1A is just more popular for the tourist, but locals like Beach St. There is nothing better than a "Thirsty Thursday" baseball game followed by a stroll... More

While in Daytona Beach, walk and drive along Beach Street. There are numerous shop and restaurant options. Something for everyone.

We shopped Beach Street on a Wednesday afternoon and were surprised by the variety of shops but a little disappointed in the early closing hours.

If you like to souvenir shop near the beach, this is for you! The only down side is so many of the same things in multiple stores. but the upside you are near the beach and can grab a drink and a snack.

Just really different shoppes and restaurants. The Post Office is a beautiful building and worth popping in and taking a selfie. Parking is easy and the farmers market( sat) is across the way next to the library. Bike week was amazing! There are so many pop up vendors. Wow.

Wow! My wife and I were visiting my cousin and unknowingly booked our stay during Bike Week. Not knowing what to expect, we were blown away! If you've never experienced thousands and thousands of Harley's parading up and down Beach Street, you need to see it! We had a blast. Lots of music, alcohol and fun. Warning - not for... More

I Remember my Daytona Beach visits from many many years ago. Through traffic was sent through the center of this vibrant Downtown area. National brand stores were on the route. Then outside the area malls and other big stores sprung up. Downtown all but withered and died. Well, that was then and this is now! Vibrant again with several eateries... More
