Great time, lot of upscale restaurants and boutiques. We there just before Las Olas Art Festival weekend, lots of nice art galleries. Great atmosphere and a safe place. Parking on rear streets and metered parking .

I live in Broward, FL since 1998! And Las Olas is certainly one of our favorite places to go! Great for a week end stroll through the riverfront with the entire family and or equally good for happy hour, night fun with your friends with a very good variety of Bars & Rest.

Las Olas doesn't have much to offer to be quite honest. The restaurants on the avenue are good but that's all the positive I can give

Always a great stroll in the evening. Upscale restaurants and boutiques. Great people watching. Safe place. Parking on rear streets (metered). I think this is a place that should Not be missed. Not for kids. No hookers (you are out of luck). Fancy cars. Never miss the Las Olas Art Festival weekend

We decidedto visit Las Olas Blvd early in the morning 10:30-12:00 in order to avoid traffic jam (friends advice), so that we could also find a parking space in order to walk and enjoy the beach road and do a bit of shopping. We also had a walk near by the canals and well enjoyed scenery with huge buildings, modern... More
