A "Must" in Fort Lauderdale for 78 years! Experience a little southern hospitality on this "All You Wish to Eat" BBQ Ribs, Chicken and Shrimp Dinner Cruise served family style with all the trimmings. Enjoy a pleasant and humorous commentary by the Captain about the many interesting sights and beautiful homes you'll see as we cruise up the New River, past Millionaire's Row, en route to our tropical isle to enjoy dinner and a hilarious Variety Show. The show is followed by a moonlit ride back to the dock. More than 18 million guests over the years have enjoyed the fun-filled, relaxing evening aboard. A unique evening you'll talk about, laugh about and always remember. There is nothing else like it.

Jungle Queen also offers fully narrated daily Sightseeing Cruises up the historic New River past plush waterfront homes, downtown Fort Lauderdale, a bit of the Everglades and a stop-off at our tropical isle to see rare birds, monkeys and an alligator exhibition. The only true way to see Fort Lauderdale.

We would all do this tour Again! We did the 3 hour cruise on a Saturday afternoon. Thoroughly enjoyed the river trip and the amazing array of architecture, marine and land based. The time on the island was shortened and line up for lunch meant we missed the alligator show but otherwise, nothing but compliments. I would suggest staying away... More

The 1.5 hour cruise is a nice way to see many of million dollar homes and yachts. They also have a 3 hour cruise and also the evening dinner cruise with entertainment. They take you towards the city area and past many of the homes owned by famous people. Drinks and snacks can be purchased during the cruise. Parking is... More

After reading the reviews I must ask were these people on the same journey we were. Boat holds 300+. Sit on 2nd floor on the right forward of midship. Narration is excellent by Captain Dave, funny with great timing and good stories. Once ashore on the island it is a well run operation. Servers a waiting for you, the food... More

My family from Boston came for a visit. We decided to do the afternoon cruise on the Jungle Queen Riverboat. We arrived about 30 minutes before departure and discovered that the boat had two levels with rows of seats 6 deep on either side of a center aisle. If you did not get one of the first three seats closest... More

"Great Joy" is the one phrase to describe our experience on the Jungle Queen (Dinner Cruise) !! From the smooth sailing down the canals on the good old river offering great joy of sightseeing of Millionaires' Mansions to the Great Staff, Great Buffet Dinner of BBQ Chicken & Ribs , Great Beer & wine! 5 silver foxes had an enjoyable time in the sun cruising the Venice of America canals aboard the Jungle Queen. View homes and/ or boats worth millions and millions of dollars. Learn who lives and/ or lived in the area. A little hokey but informative and fun way to spend 90 minutes.

This open air, double decker cruise takes you for an amazing scenic view of "how the other half live" . The extreme yachts, ships and beautiful homes were a sight to see. The tour guide was very informative and had a sense of humor as well. I would definitely go again if I get the opportunity. There is also a... More

We took the Jungle Queen on a Sunday when there were 7 cruise ships at Port Everglades and part of the boat ride was a close-up tour past all the cruise ships, so I would recommend a Sunday cruise during the day time. We enjoyed seeing the homes and private yachts from the water side and recommend this tour highly.

I can't believe that I never knew about The Jungle Queen Riverboat, Dining, and Entertainment experience. For about $53.00 without coupons we enjoyed a narrated tour viewing beautiful homes and magnificent yachts along the Fort Lauderdale canals. Following the "cruise" we were treated to an all you can eat sit down dinner featuring bbq ribs, bbq chicken, shrimp, fries, coleslaw,... More
