This is a small park with some short walking trails that get you away from the beach and the traffic for a quick walk through a tranquil area. The park has a boardwalk over the main trail and the rest of the trail is pretty...More

If you've never experienced a mangrove forest, come here for a short walk to the bay. You walk on an raised boardwalk making the hike carefree. There are dirt trails for the more adventuresome folks or those with more time.

This is an easy hike with some raised wooden decking and some dirt trails. We saw a manatee at the lookout and heard some interesting birds; otherwise, not much to see. Parking is very limited.

The preserve is one block from our rental and we often walk along its paths to the fishing dock. It is beautiful and peaceful.

Not much going on here but the mosquitos so cover up and spray good. Boardwalk trail was nice. While on the dock, a dolphin swam right next to us and was able to get a couple of good pictures. No charge for admission or parking...More

Looked like a cool place to visit however you would need to take a bath in bug spray before going. THIS IS NO JOKE! We only made it about 20 feet down the path before we were covered in mosquitos. My husband and I just...More

Have done all the trails twice and have not seen any animals except birds, little lizards, and one raccoon. Hope that helps.
