Great place to take the kids! All 3 of my kids love airplanes, and this place is a great stop for us when we dont want to drive to Pensacola. Lots of static displays and tons of history!

Stopped over on the way to the beach. Tons of weaponry and exhibits packed into a relatively small space. Definitely worth a visit.

If you like planes and history this free museum is a great find. You will enjoy seeing the many planes, jets, and missiles. Don't miss this place especially if you have kids or are on a budget. great rainy day activity for travelers.

We happened upon this while driving to Okaloosa Island for our vacation. We spent 1.5 hours wandering through the nicely done inside museum and even longer around the outdoor static displays. Very nice representation of some of the history of our strategic protection.
