The Butterfly Rainforest is the most magical place I have ever been (including Disney World)!!!!! I went 3 years ago and I still think about it to this day! Its an amazing experience and so cool and educational! Everyone needs to go! NOW!

The exhibits, butterflies and frogs were absolutely fantastic to see and watch!! We thoroughly enjoyed the butterfly rainforest and saw so many different species flying so close to us. Everywhere you look there is something to see!! A great place!!

As others have said, no, the exhibit is not protected from the rain. We also are required to close during lightning or heavy storms.

Yes, all Florida Museum exhibits are wheelchair accessible. The Butterfly Rainforest path was recently widened in some areas to improve access.
