First of all, this wasn't a guided snorkeling tour. Meaning, the crew didn't get in the water with us. So, don't expect a lot of handholding and coddling. We knew that ahead of... read more

It was a beautiful boat ride to the reefs, the 50ft catamaran handled the choppy conditions great. Kate, 1st mate Dustin and our captain were so friendly and helpful. The first reef "sea garden" featured some huge brain coral and lots of tropical fish and barracuda (take off your jewelry before snorkeling). It was a little choppy, but do-able. The... More

I was looking forward to getting out on the reef to do some snorkeling while in Key Largo. This company was recommended to me. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I had an amazing time from beginning to end. The woman who checked us in (MaryJo) was very welcoming while we checked in. The first mate Dustin was... More

The family wanted to go snorkeling. Did some research and reef roamer made the cut!! I called a got a reservation. MaryJoe is the first one we met, so was super sweet and very informational. Next we got to meet Captain John. He was super cool and took us to the greatest snorkeling spots. I have read the other reviews... More

Was referred by our hotel. Read trip advisor, wow glad I gave them the chance. From the beginning Mary Joe was welcoming and Mike and John were the best on the boat. Captain John looks like he eats bullets for breakfast and spits nails for lunch. However, looks are deceptive, he is a hell of a nice guy and a... More

We used Reef Roamer Snorkel on August 6 for a last minute snorkeling trip. I believe it was the 9:30 am departure, morning not the afternoon run. Nice boat drive through the canal and out to the reef. Once the boat was tied the captain explained to us where the reef was, where we should snorkel and what we may... More

Thank you for your responce, we appreciate you taking your time to write. Glad that you had a great day. As for the other boater, I promise you that it was not overlooked. Captain John was on the radio reporting the boat to the Coast Guard. Thaks again More

I was so excited to be out on the boat in the beautiful ocean until another passenger sat behind me sparked up a cigarette despite the no smoking signs! The smoke was blowing straight in my face so looked to the captain to say something only to realise he too was smoking.... I wasn't happy but i was angry when... More

First of all, this wasn't a guided snorkeling tour. Meaning, the crew didn't get in the water with us. So, don't expect a lot of handholding and coddling. We knew that ahead of time, so it wasn't a big disappointment. I'm sure they would've intervened if someone were in trouble, but otherwise you're on your own. We liked it that... More

We had such a great time on this cruise! It started to storm but cleared up and had a great time. The captain and first mate were helpful and nice. The ride out and back were so relaxing. Would definitely go again!

As a local Keys resident, I was looking for something different to do for my Grandson's eighth birthday. He wanted to go snorkeling and I hesitated because of his age and the deep water. However,he was very excited and really wanted to go. So I booked a trip for the family (8 of us) and set out on our adventure.... More
