We arrived in Key West on a cruise with our granddaughters (ages 5 and 7). Aquariums in big cities are big deals but in Key West the aquarium is low key. It is an older facility but has a few nice displays, although it is...More

My 9 year old son has an interest in marine life, and this was the perfect place to bring him! The staff was incredible. Rae's presentations on the different animals in the aquarium were informative and entertaining. Matt and Carolyn took time to show him...More

Very nice small aquarium. Many different types of sea life to see. Nurse sharks, sea turtles and sting rays in tanks in the middle. Very nice outside tanks/exhibits too.

It's a nice quaint little aquarium. You can to the whole thing in less than an hour. It has some interesting exhibits for coral and coral fish.

I actually tried to give this 5 stars but, it wouldn't let me. it is a great interactive aquarium and you get to touch, truly feel a live sharks skin as they pull a small nurse shark out of the tank for all to touch

Spent a quiet Sunday afternoon at the Key West Aquarium. Although a small facility, it is packed with a lot of information and includes some hands on experiences for the kids. Every half hour there is a tour scheduled, although not a traditional walking tour...More

Good place to visit lots to see, could do with some updating looking a bit tired in places and a bathroom would be a great addition rather than having to go to the shopping mall next door. Several display TVs not working so couldn't know...More

This is probably the smallest aquarium I have ever been to and I did expect more (you see all these pictures of kids petting sharks and the alligator - 2 hrs walking around and that never happened). They have a tour every 1/2 hour in...More
