you can jump in from the side or back of the boat or descend the ladder on the back of the boat. Getting in the water shouldn't be a problem, however getting out you may require someone to help you, especially if the waves... More

No, but you should be comfortable in the water or you won't enjoy yourself. If you're not comfortable, the clear water and fish life will probably freak you out a bit...
