We were fortunate to be here on a day when there were fewer than half a dozen other visitors. It was very peaceful. The natural area has been well preserved, and there are informational signs that explain the vegetation and the ecosystem. The forest is...More

Great place to learn about Marathon. Jimmy Ds narration of Marathon’s History and flora was very informative as well as entertaining. We had a great time.

I;ve already reviewed this - updating due to Irma. A couple of the pathways are closed due to hurricane damage, but the main pathways are fine, and the Wild Bird Center was undamaged. Still definitely worth the visit.
