Found this beach on our way home from dinner! Being able to explore the tiny hiding spots in the coral was amazing. Beautiful!

Lovely, clean, well-organized public beach. We hit it perfectly with lots of parking, not crowded. Parking is free and runs right along the beach - we stepped from our car onto the sand. There are no concessions, so bring towels, chairs, umbrellas and if you...More

Great beach for swimming and over on the river side fun place to fish, went couple of weeks ago but the seaweed washed up and smelled terrible...maybe the wind was blowing in the wrong direction! Free to public

I never expected a beautiful beach like this in the keys. I knew of Annies beach and Bahia honda state park, but not Sombrero. It was an lovely white sandy beach, some shade , picnic tables and dogs were allowed. A great find!!!

They had very nice ones. Irma did a job on all of the beach facilities. Don’t know when things will be repaired and back to normal.

Yes most of the beach is covered in feet of sand, they have bulldozing to clean up but have a long way to go. There is a small area open now
