We enjoyed our visit to this lovely park and we especially enjoyed touring the historic home there. Our docent guide was very knowledgeable not only about the house but also the history of the area.

Nice small Farmers market that includes local honey, vegetables, baked goods. The lake is teeming with wildlife and is a good place to walk anytime. Great little walk for kids and dogs.
