We were in the area for a family reunion and spent about five hours at this zoo. In addition to the usual animal viewing, there were a ton of add-ons you could purchase for other activities. We fed giraffes, birds, and took a kayak tour....More

Love this zoo, very neat and clean, lots of shady areas and best of all No terrible smell on a very hot summer day. We found it just the right size for small children, not too over whelming. Very good prices for those of us...More

This zoo is very different from other zoos we have visited. We loved that the habitats for the animals were similar to what the animals would have in 'the wild'. Staff were all friendly. The Giraffe exhibit is super cool and the new Australia section...More

I loved feeding the giraffes and riding the kayaks. I had an amazing time because they had a water park area for the little kids. Really recommend!!

Like your animals at home who are active when they wake up in the morning and usually settle down for a nap mid-afternoon, so too do our animals. We recommend visiting anytime between when we open (9:30 a.m.) until 2 p.m.
