The best-kept secret pristine sugar white sand and water was simply beautiful! I would recommend Mexico Beach, Florida to my family and friends just a beautiful place and I'm glad they have been able to rebuild. You are able to travel the coastline and very close to Panama City going west, St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, Cape San Blas, Beacon Hill Park, and Indian Pass. Indian Pass is a natural channel between Apalachicola Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

We (4 of us) went on an 8 hour off shore trip with Capt. Tom Adams on 7/7/13. We had a good day of fishing. We started out the day by catching grunts and blue runners which we later used for bait. We caught about 35 Vermillion Snappers (BeeLiners) and several Red Snapper including some huge ones. Unfortunately all the red snappers were caught in federal waters and we could not keep any. We caught a couple of big sharks, a few lane snappers, grunts, spade fish, etc. It was disappointing that we did not catch any groupers. The bait we used was in addition to the grunts and blue runners was squid and cigar minnows. We went about 23 miles offshore. Capt. Tom was nice and accommodating. The boat while not exactly new was comfortable.

Very rude man with a foul mouth returned my call. I called a little late at night and left a message. We had another charter cancel our trip due to mechanical issues so we tried to call this charter as soon as we found out. He called back the next day mid-morning cursing me for calling while he was asleep. I tried to apologize and he continued to curse me. Glad I didn’t spend my thousands of dollars on this jerk. I would suggest find someone else who appreciates your money.

I went on a 6 hour trip with a group of 10. The boat was clean and had good safety arrangements. The crew was very friendly and helpful.
We visited Las Marietas Islands where there is a bird sanctuary for blue footed boobies. There is a hidden cave accesable by swimming under an impressive rock ledge.
The swimming, snorkeling and other activities were great fun. The crew was right with us to guide and guard us.
The snacks, lunch and open bar added to the enjoyment.

The kids (17-girl, 17-boy, 13-boy) and I fished with Captain Tom and his deckhand Billy last week. We had a blast! Caught 12 Kings and one Spanish Mackerel. Both Capt. Tom and Billy were great! They treated us well and I will definitely fish with them again in the future!
