If you are in the area, this is a great arena for events. Parking is hectic, so I typically park at Bayside, have dinner somewhere there and then walk over. Try to stick to the lower level parking as leaving the arena is very hectic.

Great venue for basketball and good for concerts. Well laid out and modern with large indoor concourse. Traffic is a nightmare so come early and eat nearby or use bus from beach or Metromover (free) or Metrorail from mainland. Coming from Broward park North of...More

this place is just ok for food and drinks. Maybe a little worse that bar food but cost way more. Best option is to go to events there but eat and drink prior.

this place is really good for concert, the only thing concerning is the parking, but you can pay $10-20 us for parking outside, becuse doesn't have a parking lot, but the sound is good and all the concerts are amazing.

I have been here for Heat games and a few shows. I just went to see John Legend and AAA did a great job accommodating the concert. It felt so intimate. The staff was also accommodating and friendly.

The arena is relatively easy to get to. I drove and found a nearby surface lot very easily. You could also take metro rail or bus very easily. The arena is very clean. Bathrooms are also clean and plentiful. I was in the upper level...More

My daughter booked a VIP experience to see this concert. Every staff member from the elevator operators, security and general employees were terrific; they answered any questions, directed you where you needed to be, etc totally organized and professional. John Legend was just brilliant. I would...More

Amazingly good, friendly, helpful staff. We were relocated to better seats due to my fear of heights and had experienced a panic attack. We were close to leaving the venue but luckily a staff member advised us to speak to guest services. They saved the...More

My son is a huge Miami heat fan. We are going on vacation in June and I was wanting to surprise him with some Miami heat things to do. I do not know what kind of tourist attractions they have to visit in Miami if you're a basketball fan. Any suggestions?

Hello there! Looking at concert tickets. Besides the stage, but top row balcony are around $60 each. Or I can top row lower bowl but at the rear of the venue for about $140 each? That is double the cost of the balcony. Anyone know if the $60 tickets will be garbage and too far up to see anything? thanks

I bought deeply discounted tickets for Andrea Bocelli. 7 rows from top. Other end of arena. Superb sound. Great video screens. Was delighted. I got great photos too. Holds 20,000.
