Wonderful Barre Class

Had been receiving PT at home for hip muscle issue and was REALLY tight after several days of traveling. In general I don't like massages: I don't like the oils and I don't want to get naked. The young front desk staffers suppressed their urge to giggle or turn me away altogether and called out the head masseuse. She told... More

I spent $180 for a massage, because I stayed at the hotel and received a promotion card at check out. Found out that I paid for a 30 day membership pass as if I could not use. Not only that, the massage was not that great, it was just ok. I staying at the Intercontinental a few years and loved... More

my massage therapist was excellent, she really helped relax me and get out some old knots in my shoulders. I enjoyed the hot sauna afterward, then went into the female locker room for the infra red sauna, which was very nice. My experience was great. I will definitely return.

Had deep tissue treatment yesterday. Therapist was competent and treatment effective. All the rest? Poor! No seating space in changing rooms; the whole spa is a non inspirational hotel setting in need of renovation. Zero atmosphere, basic sauna available after treatment: no steam/jacuzzi/indoor pool/tropical shower. Feels like a gym changing room. Much better spas thankfully exist!

It was my first visit to Exhale Spa Miami and in spite all the bad reviews I read I decided to still give them a try. From the get go my experience was not a good. I called the Spa to make an appointment and had an issue with a gift card. I was told first by Ashley and then... More

I have been to many spas around the world and this one was one of the worst. The staff was rude. Beyond rude. The facilities are so so. No hot tub, ho hamam, no steam room. Only a sauna in a freezing lounge. Meh. There are WAY better spas in Miami. Love the Standard.

Singed up for a facial, received a superb service from Audrey, who made the whole experience wonderful, and great to talk to someone from Scotland as an added bonus.

I would not recommend this spa as all. Too hot, uncomfortable, poorly managed and facial was a 2/10. I felt unwelcome and it was not a serene spa feel to layout or set up. Lots of extra workers standing around chatting. Quite warm as in temperature. Facial was a run thru of procedures and a very light massage - not... More

I signed up for the yoga class while in Miami on business. I suppose I should have known it wasn't going to be a true yoga experience. It was more like jazzercize yoga. Really kicked my butt, intense workout. Paying for the 1 class got me access to the locker rooms, relaxation room, etc which was a nice benefit. I'm... More
