I packed my opinion into the heading. The street art here is well executed but lacks bite or vigour. Yes it is worth a look if you are in the area but don't expect too much. If you want vibrant, provocative and challenging there are...More

My husband and I spent about four hours exploring. The artwork was original, artistic and refined. It was so much more than we anticipated.

We strolled through the streets of Wynwood and discovered the beautiful murals and ethnic food trucks. A visit to Wynwood was suggested by our concierge and it's not to be missed!

Visiting my son in Miami, he took my wife and I to Wynwood Wall and art district. The art work on the buildings is really something to see. We stopped and had a beer at a little pub and then lunch at the Taco Stand.

Wynwood has lots of art galleries, trendy restaurants and murals on many of the walls, especially the little enclave called Wynwood Walls. It is very crowded on weekends and traffic/parking can be difficult, especially on the second Saturday of each month called Art Walk Miami...More

A must visit when in Miami. Certainly safe during the day, we found it to be friendly and very busy. Something interesting to see on every street, including the excellent 'Walls'. Buzzing, quirky a great experience to enjoy. We got there on the free Trolley...More

Our Lift driver told us about this place, I did not originally see this as a "site" of interest, maybe I was being too touristy. What an area, one again the origins of this area speaks loads to the personality and inclusiveness of Miami. Here...More

Hi Kelly, yes, Wynwood is safe at night. However, there are currently no hotels within Wynwood. Nearby Edgewater and Midtown have hotel options. Each is only about a 5 minute drive from Wynwood.
