Fisher Island is a private haven for the rich and famous, located 3 miles from the Florida coast and only accessible by ferry or boat. There is only way to step foot on this island and that is by being invited by a Fisher Island resident. Best scene by boat.

Cute, private Island. It will take you around 5 minutes to drive once around the Island. There is really not much to do - you can look at the condos, play some tennis on either clay, grass or hard courts or go to the market place to have some food. We didn't go to beach since most accesses are private.... More

Everything on Fisher Island is 1st Class. The beach is great and the bar that fronts the beach is marvelous. The Italian Restaurant is probably the best in town and the marina store offers a nice breakfast. All of the facilities are top notch and from the moment you arrive you will get the very best service in town by... More

I went there because of a fancy wedding and it looks that you are in paradise. The landscape marvelous and buildings. Most of the people used golf carts to move around d the island and it is super chic and security there amazing. I saw kids walking by theirselves with no nannies and they do have their own shopping account... More

I did a bus and boat tour that included Fisher Island. I enjoyed seeing where the rich stay when in Miami.

It's interesting to see Fisher Island and the massive condo structures, exclusive homes to the rich and famous. We sailed past it twice on the ship and the skyline views were great for taking some cool photos. A lot of wealth on such a small island. You can take a boat tour around it that explains the area history about... More

Fisher Island is the highest per capita income by household in the United States. A Segway tour guide will tell you about the history of Fisher Island.

Enjoy your visit of beautiful landscaping and water views. It is away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach and offers a certain style of living. Need to travel over the waterway to arrive to this destination.

This is an exclusive condominium that is very popular with Russians. There is a whole infrastructure here. Sincerely if you come on holidays it is probably ok. But to live all year round on a place you have to always plan that you have to get on a ferry it is not my thing. Because if you have to wait... More
