If you like shopping this is it. Also lots of restaurants etc. Very hot in August. NOT much shade on this street. Plant some palm trees!

It was only two blocks from our hotel Riviera, the streets are always crowed due to reparations in 30th-36th. Yet full of restaurants, bars, night clubs, stores and tourists. Watch out in the corners, drivers seems to be hurry all the time.

No reason to worry- at least not at daytime and during night time I would try to have company. Other than that, I personal would not be worried at all. It is the party zone and you may meet some unusual people. However... More

There are affordable restaurants in the area. I'd check with your hotel concierge for suggestions on restaurants within walking distance that are in your price range.
