The Art Deco District is the heart and the atraction of Miami Beach's new but lasting populatity. Take a tour and look at the old and renovated Art Deco Hotels, Shops and Markets. A perfect time machine.

It was smaller than I expected but iconic none the less. Encourage a walking tour explaining history of the area and important architectural details.

We really loved visiting the Art Deco District. Although it's crowded and noisy, it has a special atmosphere that you have to experience. Especially at night with all the lights the district is attractive.

This is a great location in Miami Beach; so many Art Deco buildings to see. I would definitely recommend taking the Art Deco walking tour; 1030 each morning from museum on Ocean Drive.
