Everything is back to normal in the pier area post Irma. The beach is fine, lots of soft sand for sun worshippers. Since the renos were done a year or 2 ago everything is new, including the washrooms. A nice spot to spend the day...More

First time visiting the Naples Pier and it was a fun experience. Parking is right down the street at the electronic meters which take coins or credit cards. $1.25 for 30 minutes. Once we walked on the pier there were beautiful views on each side...More

A lot of people come for the sunset at the pier. Many people taking professional pictures too. Dolphins swim by pier. Hurricane lifted the end of the pier and did some other structural damage but you can still walk half way out. Lots of shells...More

When we visited the pier was partly closed as the very end of the pier had been damaged by Hurricane Irma. Irrespective of the damage the pier is worth half an hour of any ones time the beach is also good.

Naples was entered by settlers who built the first pier for people and goods coming by boat. This is, I think, the fourth version (after hurricanes) and a refreshing walk into the sunset ahead and a white sand beach behind. In perpetuity, it is free...More

Our GPS listed this attraction as City of Naples-Naples Pier, and directed us to the street parking by 12th Ave S and Gulf Shore. We used a credit card to pay for parking at the box, and enjoyed the walk out on the pier. As others...More

Short trip as closed because of the hurricane. Still lots of people on the pier and watching a lot of them fishing seems to be a favourite pastime. You can get refreshments still as that area is open but it’s blocked beyond the refreshment area.

We visited after Hurricane Irma, so unfortunately the pier was closed at the halfway point for repairs. Although I am sure it would have been a great place to visit especially for the sunset, we were a little disappointed with the view.

Naples pier was built before good roads reached the city so supplies could be delivered. It is a premium spot for watching sunsets and fishing

After rebuilding the Naples Pier a few years ago, it now has upgraded restrooms and delicious casual food that you can enjoy on the beach around it. Also, if you're a fisherman, no license needed, the city has taken care of that.

Parking at the pier area is limited and requires payment. It is all electronic and easy. Now, finding a spot can be difficult between November and April. I would suggest getting there 2 hours before sunset and be prepared to... More
