Enjoyable sunset walks for date night. Best time for this type of visit is off season, between late March- October.

Didn't have much time to poke around town with my work schedule, but enjoyed the beaches immensely! The family & I officially want to become Floridians because of this whole area, and the warm waters found under this Pier. One day right?

Not worth your time fishing. Lots of "Pier Nazis" checking coolers. Highly restrictive fishing. Size of hooks, number of poles. Costly to park. Lots of foreign tourist smelling of B.O. and perfume. Extremely crowded on season.

I visited the pier a few days before the recent hurricane hit the town. I hope the pier wasn't damaged. Sunsets here are amazing, but that's not all. There are pelicans diving all around the pier catching fish. They are big birds and hit the...More

We enjoyed it for it's quaint, smallness and sunset watch. Not as exciting as the bigger beaches out there, but it is quiet.

We had a great family walk along the pier to catch a sunset. This has to be one of the longest piers I have every been on. It was great to be able to look back at the lovely beach too. A little crowded. But...More

We were there a few hours before sunset and it was sooo busy. Too many people and kids running around. Didn't stay for sunset.

Free to use and nice in the sun. We stopped and watched dolphins for a while. There is some catering for drinks and ice creams.

I'm 57 years and I've travelled the world, but I have never, ever seen such a breathtaking sunset. Pictures couldn't do justice to it. There's an easy parking lot nearby. I'm told it gets like this more than often, so make sure to put this...More

Parking at the pier area is limited and requires payment. It is all electronic and easy. Now, finding a spot can be difficult between November and April. I would suggest getting there 2 hours before sunset and be prepared to... More
