We frequently visit the 3rd street restaurants and shops. Our favorites are Campiello's Barbatella for italian cuisine. Le Lafayette for French. Tommy Bahamas's is also very popular for casual but good quality food and drinks. The Ci=ontinental is a great steakhouse with outdoor music and...More

Lovely area to have an enjoyable walk around. Very pretty and lots of shops and boutiques to pop into when you need some cool AC. We visited on Saturday morning when the farmer's market was on and enjoyed the experience.

Third Street South has a amazing array of shops, galleries, and restaurants. You can shop designer boutiques or souvenir shops. Not into shopping? Stop in for a bite at one of the many eateries. Or, just stroll and watch the people!

We decided to dine at The Continental and was pleasantly surprised by the ambience and activity of Third Street South. Although it's a good walking distance from 5th Avenue, it's well worth the visit to the area. Great shopping and good eateries. A must see.

Park your car ( no meters) and get out and walk. Besides the many wonderful restaurants and shops, the homes, flowers and landscaping make taking an evening stroll a great way to work off a luxurious dinner.
