I love learning about the people that came before us. The house has posters displayed with people and their roles in Eldora. Watch the video to learn about the history of area.

Beautiful building with a lot of historical information and pictures about the area. The area surrounding the Eldora State House is true old Florida, so it gives you the sense of what it was like when Eldora was a thriving settlement before it died out.

Lovely walk to the house by the road and can walk back the woods. The house is well restored, the view of the river is very restful. Great place to get a feel for old Florida.
