We took Captiva Cruises to Cabbage Key. Our boat was surrounded by dolphins jumping and playing for the entire cruise there. The staff was friendly and funny. Had lunch at the Old Cabbage Key restaurant where they serve the best cheeseburgers on earth! The restaurant walls and ceilings are covered with signed dollar bills. It was a glorious day! Must... The crew of the Lady Chadwick on our trip to Cabbage Key was accommodating, informative and personable. During the trip to the island we received narration from the captain. He was funny and provided great insight into the geography and history of the area and adjacent islands. Insight into the life of dolphins and some wildlife in the area was... More

We'll organized and executed cruise. Reasonable prices, left on time, decent bar pricing and informative narrative on the way out and back from Cabbage Key.

If you are on Captiva or Sanibel do not miss Useppa Island. This is a private Island and very historic and a bit of old Florida. A Docent met us at the dock and walked with us to the museum 5 minute walk. There are no cars on Useppa just bikes and golf. The cruise was from 10 to 3... More

This is a relatively new cruise by Captiva Cruises and our second experience with this company. Our first was to Cabbage Keys which was fun and a good day trip. But the Pine Island, Calusa Indians trip was even better! An amazing day! The trip to Pine Island was via North Captiva and the Gulf. Upon arrival at Pine Island... More

Our day began with winds gusting to 50 mph, so strong that we weren't certain that our cruise would take place. But in spite of the wind and many no shows, we had a wonderful cruise to Useppa with an awesome lunch at the Inn. We also really enjoyed the Museum on Useppa, as well as the dolphins which were... We truly enjoyed the cruise to Cabbage Key on Captiva Cruises. Sitting up on the top deck with a Bloody Mary while heading out was a highlight. The crew was informative and entertaining. Great job! Dolphins followed the boat several times, which added to the trip. We left and arrived right on time. The ticket price of $40 per adult... More

We took the dolphin and wildlife adventure cruise. It takes about 1 1/2 hours. There is a kind and knowledgeable gentleman from the conservation society who gives you the history of the area, the estuary, and facts about the wildlife. We had dolphins that swam with the boat for most of the cruise. They were beautiful. Also saw a lot... More

This is a four hour cruise through Pine Island Sound to Cabbage Key and back. History of the area is an interesting part of the commentary. Watching dolphins leap in the wake of the boat was a real highlight. We ate at the Cabbage Key Inn, made famous by Jimmy Buffet's song Cheeseburger in Paradise. We had the snapper special,... More

They have so many choices on cruises, it was hard to decide! We chose Pine Island. This tour is only available on Tuesdays. It was a very historical and informative tour. Our guide was great! We learned about the fishing industry and how it was many years ago. We had dolphins jumping in our wake ( the guide was always... More
