    Good day out
Had a couple of weeks in Florida. Compared to Disney SeaWorld was really good. Managed to get on all the main attractions several times without the insane standard entry queues. The Merchandise and food and parking is still a bit expensive but the GBP/USD Exchange rate has a lot to do with that. Overall well worth a visit

    Nice park
Wife and I went to Sea World for the first time in many years. They offered a great discount for veterans so we decided to see what they are about. Overall, it is a nice park, with lots of fun things to see and do. As seniors, we did not go on the thrill rides or visit the Sesame Street section, but we did see the dolphin and sea lion shows. Also got to pet the sting rays (always fun). My biggest complaint has to do with the poor signage throughout the park and the fact that the employees are poorly trained to give information and direction. Trying to find a decent place to eat lunch became a major chore. We finally stumbled on the Shark Underwater Grill which we enjoyed very much. As a devoted Disney World fan, I compare every other park to them. Sea World was pleasant but not in the Disney league.

    We always go to SeaWorld
Great park, usually underwater and surface viewing of the animals. The manatee tank is my favorite. The sharks are in a cool glass walkway and glide over the top of you. The dolphin show and Orca shows are awesome, don't be afraid to sit close and get wet. If it is a hot day you will dry out. You get to see more of the action and trainers working hard. Got in on Mardi Gras time, food festival and even free Don McLean concert! The food deal was a great deal for us, eat even 90 minutes all day! I could go on, but see for yourself.

    Awesome
I really liked the whale show, the sea lion and otter show was cute but, my favorite show was the dolphin show! Lots of food and drink options. Bathrooms were pretty good considering it was a packed Saturday!

    Fun day
The shows are great! We did the killer whales, dolphin, and otter/ sea lions. The animals are so smart! The trainers seem to respect the animals greatly. There’s also some epic rides. The Manta is one of the craziest roller coasters I’ve done. Icebreakers was also very good. I didn’t ride the rides that get you wet (didn’t come prepared) but some of the family did and they loved them. But you do really get wet! There’s tons of restaurants but we didn’t try any. There were a lot of school kids there on our day and they weren’t very well chaperoned for the most part. It’s a huge park and we didn’t wait longer than 25 minutes for anything. Very fun day.

    My Favorite Park in Orlando
We LOVED Sea World. As well as the animals and the shows the park was generally really pleasant and beautiful. The selection of coasters at this park are top notch also. Mako is one of the best and most re-rideable coasters in Florida in my opinion and Manta is a wonderful ride with some serious forces. Sadly Pipeline wasnt open yet but it looks great and I am sure will seriously complement the line up. Operations at Sea World were great with rapid train dispatches. Overall very little to dislike. Two negative things however are the extortionate parking and beer prices and the fact that the SkyTower ride is a paid extra.

    Good ole' fashioned fun
I spent 2 days with my family. We had a lot of fun overall. The shows were great and some of the seafood festival stations were great. The rides were great too. Unfortunately, ICEBREAKER was down all day so my smaller kids were limited to 2 rides (both water rides). The app is a bit unusable to navigate for planning. The ride times were off by at least 45 to 60 minutes plus. Not a great tool at all. The staff working the quick que lines may also benefit from better guidance on line control. Some of the rides moved smoothly, but on one ride we waited 15 minutes as next in line as quick que lines kept getting loaded. Just think some training in this area may help with overall experience.

    Amazing park!
Absolutely loved this park. The sea creatures were amazing and so close you got a great view. The enclosures looked big and they were well looked after. I do agree that the Orca show should be stopped but the trainers explained that they would be doing the same thing daily without people there, its routine and play for them. I hope after these Orcas are no longer with us they won't get anymore. Apart from that the park is so clean and a lovely atmosphere, the rides are great and the shops sell lots of lovely souvenirs. Pricey of course. The sealion exhibit is fantastic, they are very entertaining and for a (big fee) you can feed them fish. One complaint is a staff member in Edy's Ice Cream Parlour, she was unfriendly, no smile, in fact a look like we were bothering her. She pretended not to hear us a few times and kept saying 'what' what?'. In fact another staff member overheard her, came over and asked her to get on with it, then smiled at us with sympathy. On a good note the ice cream was super delicious! Sea World is a must visit.

    SeaWorld Rocks
Father's Day vacation at SeaWorld. Before Covid we went every year. Since this was our first time. Happily they didn't have air like allot of restrictions and everything was open and running at full capacity. This was our first time in the new Mako Roller Coaster which was awesome. Everyone loved it, we rode it three times. We also rode Infinity Falls which was also New. This rode was awesome because we were hot from the heat and this ride got Everyone soaked and it felt amazing. Fantastic Ride. Kids also got to see Sesame Street Area for the first time. Although they had fun they missed the Shamu Happy Harbor because they really loved the Old Rope net play area. That was they're favorite thing, but sadly it's been taken down. As always we love the shows, kids especially love Pets Ahoy, that's become their favorite. Nothing like ending the day at Shamu Theater and getting soaked by a whale. Gotta love the cold water.

A park with a great feel to it.
This park always seems to have a great feel to it. It's educational and great fun at the same time. If you pick your times carefully, you can even get fairly short que times on the popular rides! Prices are in line with other parks, so for the UK, it's pricey at the moment. It's still one of my favourite days out in Orlando.

I’ve been to SeaWorld a few times and I get the impression they are phasing out the animals and putting bigger rides in. I think this is the right thing to do, however I am not a massive lover of huge rollercoasters. It felt there were few choices as our children are too old for the kiddy rides but too young for huge rollercoasters.

A few bits were closed but I know it’s February and fairly “off” season. But we’re British and it was warm to us!

The all day dining was great. The food in the smokehouse bbq grill place was lovely. I know they ran out of hot dogs at the hot dog stand which people weren’t happy about but we are pretty laid back so just ordered an alternative.

I purchased a Seaworld and Aquatica Orlando Length of stay package for travel between Feb 18-22, 2023 with the obvious intention of being able to visit Aquatica but to my surprise Aquatica was closed for the entire time yet Discovery Cove and other water related rides at Seaworld were open. I called the customer service number on Feb 21st asking for any kind of help with either swapping my Aquatica entrance to Discovery Cove or a partial reimbursement but no help at all was offered.

I feel that if Aquatica was not going to be opened then the Seaworld PLUS Aquatica package so have never been sold to me as I could have opted for a cheaper package with just the Seaworld park. I had a 6am morning flight booked on the 22nd so was never going to be able to visit the park that day had it even opened.

This ordeal has left my family and I a horrible experience with Seaworld.

I just read the most recent poor reviews the day AFTER we went. It's not as bad as people are making it seem, but... the overall experience was very meh.

The good news for us was that we got passes from a former player/ student of mine. So, not paying to get the 3 of us in lessened my general agitation. BUT- they're definitely playing a "game" with the food and dining.

I did the 15 punch 7 Seas Feast. Seemed like a decent deal- works out to $5.67 per item. But, what they don't tell you is one punch is only for a 7oz pour. Not impressed. I usually had them do 2 punches for a pint. If you're doing the math, that's still a $12 beer. The "tapas" or small plates that the various kiosks are worth it though. So, one suggestion I heard was to use the punches for the food and buy your drinks. To each their, own... I drank and ate to my heart's content. It was pretty much the only thing that kept me sane.

The Italian Market was my favorite. Mini calzone, meatballs, and cannolis were the tapas offered. I was "beered" out, so so had a white wine and their lemoncello cocktail. The area was really peaceful, too. Stone patio overlooking the "lake" in the middle of the park. It was a nice oasis later in the afternoon.

The All-American stop was good, too. The girls working were super cool and friendly. The lobster mac and cheese wasn't awesome, but I didn't expect it to be. The wings were really good though! I had 2 Veterans Pride pale ales which were tasty.

My mom and daughter got the $50 all day dining. The food was pretty good and for amusement park food prices, $50 seemed like a deal. They ate 3 differetn times. I mean, we were there from 10am- 630pm... So, if you're going to be there for the whole day, it seems worth it. Lines weren't bad, but some people don't play well with others, so they kind of messed up the system.

The shows were ok. Seemed kind of short- I don't know if I remember them different from when I was a kid or what. But, 20 minutes? Seemed just like they're doing it to do it... We went to the Dolphin Show first. It was decent, I guess. The Sea Lion and Otter show was... idk. Ok, I guess.

The Orca arena was under construction so that "show" was weak and crowded. I went and got a beer while the girls went to see it. And, the large arena where they used to do the water ski show was closed.

We aren't ride people so I can't really comment on that. The 2 10 year old girls did enjoy the little rides in Sesame Street Land.

Oh- we did the Sky Tower. $5 a piece to go up and get a 360 degree tour high above the park. It was cool. Worth the $5? I guess so.

I can certainly see the "cost benefit analysis" reflecting poorly on SeaWorld. Not paying for admission was a huge bonus. But, $95 for the 7 Seas Feast, $50 x2 for all day dining... gets you right back to $200. Photos/ trinkets, etc... Yup. Things can escalate quickly.

Am I in a hurry to go back? Definitely not. Was it as bad as the reviews? Definitely Not as well. Pick a day that forecasts as less crowded, map your route by doing recon online and determine how you're going to play the drinking/ eating game... then execute your plan. Still better than other "park," I think.

It was awesome, we got to see dolphins doing all kinds of tricks, stingrays, manatees, sharks, and all sorts of stuff. But the real take away was the food places we went.

In the morning we went to the Dining with Orcas, the orcas were really big and cool, but the food wasn't all great, and not big variety. Next we tried to go to Lakeside Grill, it was really confusing because we didn't get our allday dining wristbands yet, so we had to wait in line all over again. Then we just decided to go somewhere else nextdoor, Voyagers Steakhouse, because we decided we didn't want anything.

This time it was confusing because we didn't know where the line started, and the tray line confused us. But we managed to order.

Tldr: first time my parents faught during our vacation.

This was our first trip back to seaworld since 2019 and the park has changed a lot. There used to be great family shows that included the different animals. This has all changed and no longer anything fun to watch. We took our 3 year old and 7 year old, ages of kids who you would think are a target market for the park, but they were bored and spent most of the time walking around with us and. Lt able to do anything. All the rides are for 54” and higher except for the stuff in Sesame Street. The park was dirty and things were either closed or under construction. The food options are very limited and everything is way over priced. They also add a 5% surcharge, plus tax to everything. A small Dippin dots ice cream was 11.99 plus 5% and then tax. The two family rides that they had( helicopter to the arctic the penguin ride) are gone. Overall the park is lacking in anything interesting to see. Prior to 2019 we loved this park and enjoyed the many animals and shows. The staff is disorganized and no one knows anything about the park. I feel like they just hire people to fill tasks. There is a lack of culture and care. Honestly we won’t be back for a long time. I’d rather pay more and go to Universal or Disney.

-The staff were literally so mean. I've never experienced anything like this. Guest services was a worst offender but it was pervasive. Real sending a bold message of "we don't care what your experience is like."
-The all day dinging is disgusting food, unsanitary conditions, huge lines. Very much like a cafeteria. Do not do this.
-The park doesn't have anything to do compared to the number of people. Literally endless lines and nothing to see or do. More sea life at a local aquarium.
-They have a lot of information on their website about "autism friendliness." As an autism family, I can tell you they are not.
-Lines to get in, lines for every bit of food or activity. We just waited the whole day.

They have a real culture problem and it is simply a lot of money to spend to not have fun.

This was a beautiful park. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews either went on a very busy day or an extremely slow day when things are shut down - so just check the crowd calendar for a day with medium attendance predicted or go on a day with less than perfect weather (there are several indoor aquariums where you can wait out a brief rain shower). We went on a sunny Thursday mid-February and it was great. Short lines for most rides except for Pipeline. Journey to Atlantis was closed. Dolphin show was awesome. Best food deal was the 5 lb burrito ordered from the online menu at Lakeside Grill which fed a family of 4 for $25. Brought granola bars in our pockets. I was allowed to wear my fanny pack on all rides except Kraken for some reason, then they had a cubby to leave it in so no locker needed. Infinity falls was not terribly wet, mostly just splashes so you could wear shoes and just keep them up off the floor. There was nowhere to leave bags at Infinity falls so you have to take them along or get a locker. We got a great deal with undercover tourist although the e-ticket did not work at the ticket window so you have to request to go to "Guest Services" inside the park with the e-ticket and photo ID to get real tickets printed. Once we did that then the undercover tourist tickets worked perfectly for parks and free parking. The park is cashless but you can use cash to buy a prepaid debit card at a kiosk in the park.

First of all we collapse, a stroller, which was like the size of an umbrella, and the security made my son-in-law go back to the very end of the line, while the rest of the family went through because he didn’t like the collapsed stroller. But the security inside after said that wasn’t a problem however, the security outside who handled the claps stroller, said it was up to him. The right hand doesn’t know what the left-hand is doing extremely inconsistent and out of control for getting through the gate. No one bothered with the left stroller and my son-in-law‘s backpack. They were never checked . The other thing was they are now charging $34 to park a car what a rip off. The food is another outrageous, we got four extremely small half chicken wings for 10.99. What are they doing? Trying to make up for Covid? The shows are always good. However, we will never go back.

SeaWorld Orlando FL is a great but avoid paying extra for the SeaWorld Rescue Tour. It’s the worst tour ever.
We went behind the scenes & saw a couple of tanks with some manatees & a couple of tanks with some turtles. Looked in the windows of some offices. We saw a boat & a truck. That’s it.
Donate the $19.00 don’t waste your time with the tour.

Sea World Review
I budgeted for two theme parks (when visiting Orlando) with my Family that includes, my Wife, 18-month year old and three-year-old. The two parks, I selected were Sea World and Universal Studios Island of adventure.
Summary of Sea World
1-I got my sea world tickets on black Friday sale
2-one of my kids got in free
3-the only extra we paid for the Dolphin experience, we got a great photo, this was a good buy for the photo alone
4-We purchased all you can eat pass. For my wife and I (No brainier its not about savings or meal quality its about all you can eat on vacation!)
5- We planned our day around the 3PM sesame street parade (This parade show was amazing!!)
6-We did not drive, we took an Uber (I took Ubers’ 90% of the time in Orlando We did take a hotel shuttle Universal Studios. and it was overcrowded and a poor experience, Similar we pre booked our airport transportation, and we were scammed by a third-party booking company…. ( In Orlando Just uber) Or drive your own car
7-Sea World is a fun day if you make the most of it. Places like this are phasing out, so enjoy it while you can.
8-Sea World is a lot of walking, and you don’t see much at times. Study the online map. For us us we never saw sea lions, penguins, Walruses, or alligators. The orca we saw from a far, are amazing creatures.
9-We went on a Thursday in January so did not have to deal with Crowds
