We spent the morning here as a family. For $10 per person or $50 for a membership for our family, it was a great way to spend the day. We also got 4 guest passes with our membership. Plenty of shaded pathways to help with the heat. Nice, paved paths would make it easy for a stroller/wheelchair or young child.... More

Beautiful shaded gardens with easily walked pathways. Largest rose gardens on the eastern seaboard. Reasonable entrance fee also.

My husband and I enjoyed this garden and grounds for several reasons. The live oaks, the paved pathways, the rose gardens, easy access to most everything. We were there the last day of the dinosaur exhibit which was fun. The welcome center holds a hallway that has numerous lovely photographs on the wall, don't miss this. It would be an... More

The weather was great, got there early to beat the crowds. The rose garden was in full bloom. Visited Leu House, very interesting, overall great day with mom and kids!

We took a day off from the amusement parks to "soak up some local flavor" at the gardens and house museum. Our first impression was lovely, but we were quickly dismayed at the rude attitude of the cashier. When asked if the museum offered a military discount (a completely reasonable question), the cashier looked exasperated and said "NO" in an... More

I've been to several botanical gardens worldwide and these gardens will not disappoint you. Very well kept and planned, the different gardens offer a plethora of flowers and vegetation. The scent of gardenias, magnolias, roses and other lovely flowers, take you through the paths. Plan at least 2 hours to visit the whole place. Depending on the time of the... More

It is so romantic. There are little paths, and a creek, and a lake, and flower garden, and birds' nests, and some years a whole osprey family. There is plenty of shade. I really want to go to one of the outdoor movie nights some time.

Went on a Sunday in May - beautiful day to visit. It was not too hot and the grounds still had some springtime in them. Not too crowded and flowers / plants were out in full force. Most plants labeled which was nice. Had a dinosaur trail for little ones to follow - adults too - and was fun. Did... More

Was in Orlando for a wedding and decided to visit the Gardens (had seen signs on route to the wedding). Glad we decided to give it a try. Really enjoyed the Gardens. Had a dinosaur display there as well (throughout the Gardens). Only regret is that we didn't have our grandsons with us on this trip to see the T-Rex!... More

We had 185 women join us for an event there. The facility is really pretty and the front desk people are very nice. It was at night, so did not walk the area. Will definitely go to another or host an event there
