We were at Universal Studios January 10-14. We had a wonderful time in both parks and Harry Potter World was amazing. It was an uncrowded time. We got there at opening and stayed all day. My son rode Hagrid's Motorcycle Adventure a dozen times. My younger son rode the Hippogriff probably 2 dozen times. My husband (who isn't even a Harry Potter fan) loved the Forbidden Journey. We ate at both the 3 Broomsticks and Leaky Cauldron. Had fantastic service and food. Hot butterbeer is so delicious. The theming of Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley was absolutely incredible. Each day in Diagon Alley, we noticed new things we hadn't seen before. We were so very sad to leave. It was an amazing experience. This was our first trip to Universal and we were so impressed with employees. They were so polite and helpful. They are obviously working hard for the parks to be fun - and also clean and safe to visit during a pandemic. We could not have been happier with our trip. …

For those who like the newer 3-D rides, I recommend the Forbidden Journey, and for those who prefer the speed of a roller coaster, I recommend Hagrid's. I would also recommend to getting to both as early as possible as wait times can be long - especially for Hagrid's. A magic wand is a must to experience all the "magic" in the park (also works in Diagon Alley).…

It was very congested, and I did not feel protected. It was much more crowded than when I was here 7 years ago.
