Awesome course! Awesome people! The course was literally just bought by new management when I played my first day. Robbie the GM was the most personable GM/head pro type I've met. Made me laugh and was simply a genuinely nice dude, the new owners were hanging around talking to everyone in what looked like a brand new Clubhouse, bathroom/locker was... More

The course still advertises you can play where the pros play. I'm not sure that's the case now. And, the greens are not the best in the area. Staff friendly, though.

The people there were very nice! Good layout, fairways in nice condition. However, the greens are missing grass and soil in areas. I do wish we had been told that all practice facilities are closed on Wednesday mornings and that they choose to water the greens during play. It would have been nice to know that the Ugly course was... More

Just played the Bad/Ugly. The greens on the Bad are in terrible condition. Washed out, little grass and rough. The fairway is only slightly better. The greens on the Ugly course were slightly better. Good news it was only $35 for the round and the staff is very nice.

The player assistants (marshals) are the best we have experienced anywhere. We will name the assistants that we know and apologize to the ones we miss. Fred, Bill, Glen, Joe, Dale, Pat, and Tony treated us with a great deal of respect. The ladies, Betsy, Taylor, Tracy and Shelby (who had moved on) are great customer service people We will... More

Twosome dropped in and were on the course within 30 minutes despite the 27-hole course being very busy. Played 'The Good' course (nine holes) which we later found out was the easier of three nine-hole courses (the other two being 'The Bad' and 'The Ugly'). Fairways, traps and greens were all in good shape. Good variety of dog-leg and straight... More

A three-some played the Good to Bad course. Unfortunately we played on a VERY windy day....constant 25 mph winds and gust up to 30-40 mph. In these conditions the PGA would have called the game if it had been a tournament. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the course, felt the challenges were fair, the course condition was very good, the greens ran... More

crew is very friendly. The Golf Course itself, is very difficult for woman and seniors. I,m certainly not a professional, just play for one year, but my husband who play already for years and is quite good, had many difficulties. It was a good practice , and don't be afraid you loose all your balls. It's certainly a challenge to... More

During dry weather Hombre is an average Florida golf course. Course is flat , fairways are fairly wide leaving room for error BUT the par 3's are challenging. Under no circumstances golf there if it has rained in the past few days. We played there 2 days after a rain storm and it was cart path only (understandable) but on... More

I have been golfing the Hombre on a monthly membership for the last 3 winters. I have watched as the price has gone up and the course quality has plumited. The staff in the proshop are rude and don't care about me as a golfer or a customer. I have made several attempts to contact the course and always left... More
