Hubby and I enjoyed the variety and expanse of this museum. Allow enough time to look at everything. The museum guides were interesting.

This is a very large really nice base. I would say not much to do here but it’s nice to see and hopefully you can see the blue angels take off for land

I'm lucky enough to live 35 minutes away but going to the base to watch the Blue Angels practice never gets old. Be prepared for a long wait though at the gate at peak holiday dates and check their practice schedule online before you go...More

Due to "unknown" security restrictions, there are 2 separate entrances to NAS Pensacola. The front gate is used for access to the golf course and any "non military" parties that wish to visit the National Cemetary (my father is buried there). The "back gate" is...More

Looked up things to do in Pensacola and the Blue Angels practice came up. They only fly a couple of days a month so thrilled to be one of the days we were there. The practice is free, but I would recommend going early as...More

We visited on a Tuesday so we could see the Blue Angels practice and see the mueseum. It is a very interesting and educational mueseum. Also on the Naval base is a lighthouse and an old fort.

You do not need a pass if you go to the correct gate. They will request ID there. That gate also takes you to the lighthouse. You must enter through the West gate off of Blue Angels Pkwy.

Pretty much an entire day there is a lot to see and do and that is of you are a pretty quick traveler and don't spend too much time at each display but well worth it
